Title VI Non-Discrimination Policy
Fresno Area Express (FAX) is committed to ensuring that no individual is excluded from participation in, denied the benefits of its programs, activities or services, or subjected to discrimination on the basis of race, color, or national origin as afforded to them by Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, as amended.
FAX, as a federal grant recipient, is required by the Federal Transit Administration to conform to Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 and its amendments. Therefore, the FAX mission includes the equal and equitable access to its programs, activities, and services. How to File a Complaint
Any person who believes that he/she has been aggrieved by any unlawful discriminatory practice under Title VI may file a complaint with FAX. The complaint must be filed within 180 days of the alleged discrimination. Provide as much detail as possible, sign the complaint and mail it to:

In case the complainant is dissatisfied with the resolution by FAX, the same complaint may be submitted to the Office of Civil Rights, Attention: Title VI Program Coordinator, East Building, 5th Floor-TCR, 1200 New Jersey Ave., SE, Washington, DC 20590.
